Payment and cancellation policy:
As soon as your reservation has been confirmed, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the stay, within 3 days via bank transfer.
The rest of your payment is due to pay 30 days before the date of arrival and is non-refundable.
If you cancel the reservation up to 31 days before your arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.

- Months January, February, November and December 40% discount on the rate.
- Months of March, April, May and October 30% discount on the rate.
- Months of June and September 20% discount on the rate.
- Months July and August 15% discount on the rate.
Cleaning + towels and linen: 120 EUR / per stay
The rental price includes:
- Wireless internet.
- Spanish and English TV programs.
- Smart TV.
- Air-conditioning in the living-room and bedrooms.
- Electricity, gas
- Water
- Bed linen, towels, kitchen towel
- Use of 19 pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor gym and other playgrounds in the residential complex
- Parking in the garage.
